Setting up your appointment is as easy as 1, 2, 3.  If you live in upstate South Carolina and you have a divorce, child custody or family law issue, then I may be able to help you.  In order to determine if I can help you, you need to make an appointment.

STEP 1: MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Contact our office using this short form to schedule your consultation to discuss the South Carolina adoption process and get specific questions answered about your case by a Greenville, SC family lawyer. During this meeting we can get to know one another better and we can mutually determine if our representation is best for you and your family.

STEP 2: PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Have you already been served with papers from your spouse?  Are you under a court order currently?  Have you received a demand letter from your spouse's attorney?  These are all important things that I will need to review at our meeting.  You should also have important contact information for you, information about where any opposing parties live and work, and information about your children.  It also helps if you have up-to-date information about your monthly income and expenses and household finances.

STEP 3: COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

It is important that you come to your appointment on time.  We will set aside thirty minutes to meet with you to discuss your case.  Before you meet with me, I ask that you complete an intake form that will provide me with some basic background information about you and your case.  Then we will meet to discuss your case and what I may be able to do for you.  At this time, I will quote you a fee and you can decide if you would like to retain my legal services. Thanks so much for considering me as your attorney.  I look forward to meeting with you soon.
